Amenities

Residents and guests must comply with the following rules:
1. No children under 13 years old shall use the swimming pool and spa without adult supervision.
2. No pets or glass containers are allowed in the swimming pool or deck area.
3.No pets, food, drink, or glass containers are allowed in the spa or spa deck.
4.No diving is allowed in the swimming pool or spa.
No running, rough housing, bicycle riding, skating, or riding toys.
5.No diapers ( except swimming diapers) or training pants permitted in the pool.
6. No private parties.
7.Residents and their guests must shower before entering the swimming pool or spa.
8.Residents and their guest shall swim at their own risk. There is no life guard on duty.
9.The maximum time allowed for spa use is fifteen (15) minutes.
10.Pregnant women, small children, people with health problems, and people who use alcohol, narcotics, or other drugs which cause drowsiness should not use the spa without first consulting a doctor.
